Yes. WordBoard Pro works on every iPhone and iPad signed in to the same Apple Account, whether you have a subscription or Lifetime.
- Install WordBoard on your other device, signed in to the same Apple Account.
- Go to the More tab and tap Restore Purchases.
To bring your keys across, use Cloud Backups: on the new device go to More → Cloud Backups, pick the backup from your other device and tap Merge Backup.
WordBoard also supports Family Sharing.
