How Do I Cancel 7 Minute Workout Or Get A Refund?

7 Minute Workout is sold through the App Store, so Apple handles all billing. We can't see your payment details, and we can't cancel or refund purchases for you. Here's how to do it yourself.

Cancel a subscription

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap 7 Minute Workout, then Cancel Subscription.

• Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
• Emailing us doesn't cancel it either. It has to be done in Settings.
• To avoid being charged after the free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• If 7 Minute Workout isn't listed, check you're signed in to the Apple Account you subscribed with. If it's still not there, the trial was probably never started.

Ask for a refund

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose Request a refund. Apple decides refunds, usually within a couple of days.

Charged for something you don't recognise?

Apple often groups charges from several apps into one receipt. Check your purchase history in the Settings app → [your name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.
