Changed Apple Account: Moving WordBoard Purchases And Keys
WordBoard has no accounts of its own. Your Pro purchase and your Cloud Backups belong to the Apple Account you used, so we can't move them for you. The good news is your keys are almost always still in your Cloud Backups.
Get your keys back with Cloud Backups
Cloud Backups are saved to the iCloud of the Apple Account you were using, so you need a device signed in to that account's iCloud.
- On an iPhone or iPad signed in to your old Apple Account's iCloud, open WordBoard.
- Go to More → Cloud Backups, tap your most recent backup and choose Merge Backup.
- Switch the device to your new Apple Account (or move to your new device) and go to More → Cloud Backups → Backup Now. Your keys are now backed up to your new iCloud as well.

Restoring Cloud Backups is part of WordBoard Pro. If your Pro purchase is on the old Apple Account, restore it while you're signed in to that account. More detail: How do I back up and restore my keys with Cloud Backups?
Can't sign in to the old account any more?
If you still have a device with your keys on it, save them to a file:
- On that device, go to More → Backup Keys and save the file to Files or send it to yourself.
- On your new device, open the file and choose WordBoard to import your keys.
This file doesn't include images. To bring images across, share each folder from Edit mode instead.
Your purchase
Purchases stay with the Apple Account that made them. Apple explains your options in If you have more than one Apple Account.
