How Do I Restore WordBoard Purchases & Keys On A New Phone?
There's no WordBoard account to log in to. Everything is tied to your Apple Account, so getting set up on a new phone takes two steps.
Still have your old phone? Open WordBoard on it first and go to More → Cloud Backups → Backup Now so your newest keys are saved.
1. Restore your Pro purchase
- Make sure the new phone is signed in to the same Apple Account you bought WordBoard with.
- Open WordBoard and go to the More tab.
- Tap Restore Purchases under the Unlock Pro Access banner.
Please don't buy WordBoard again to get your keys back. A new purchase doesn't bring keys with it, and Restore is free.
2. Restore your keys from Cloud Backups
- Check iCloud Drive is turned on (Settings app → [your name] → iCloud → iCloud Drive).
- In WordBoard, go to More → Cloud Backups.
- Tap the backup from your old phone and choose Merge Backup or Delete All Keys & Restore Backup.

Finally, add the keyboard on your new phone and turn on Allow Full Access.
